Dunkin' - Iowa City

Charming little spot with quick service. The staff were not unfriendly, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service.

This Dunkin' is a delightful little gem downtown, featuring an eclectic mid-century exterior that contrasts beautifully with the sleek modern interior. Although it's a small location, they efficiently serve customers while maintaining good quality.

They always put donuts in a bag altogether and they just stick to each other and the paper bag. Could've put em in a box so they are nice.

I ordered a cold brew online (prepaid) to pick up between my classes. I get there and I'm told they're out of cold brew and they offer to make me a different drink. I say no, since I'll be late to class. I later call them repeatedly to ask for a refund with no answer. I go in to get a refund and I have to explain three times to the cashier that I DONT want a new drink, I want a refund. She gets all of my information and then says that she can't do it without her manager and to come back tomorrow. Very frustrating.
