Jamba - Inglewood

This load is under terrible management. we ordered 2 acai bowls for picking up, popped up 20 minutes later and was told that they did not make the bowls, as they were made of ripe bananas and strawberries. a call would have been nice to say that the order was canceled.

Has received a feedback after an hour of me trying to contact the load and come to find out the gurl canceled my order, so I went to the place that I was going out of my way, as I had moved out of my apartment to a new one and packed my lkw, I was curious about the delivery not only was the load empty (which means that it had not been so busy) as if the customer will have the answer for it? he did not offer an alternative nothingfinally after I complained to the male worker, how it is unfair for us and how should we know that when ordering? the girl came out, not even she said sad for the inconvenience, no she just wanted to help her colleague find in this situation that I did not go control over me and said you are so rude and unprofessional and the gurl had the boldness to say bye! when I left 5/8 at 2:10

I just had the most rude and disappointing experience at this restaurant on May 8th at 2:20 PM. The employees were unhelpful when asked for their names and refused to provide them. I had ordered food from Uber Eats and after waiting for over an hour with no response to my calls, I went to the restaurant to see what was happening. They claimed they did not try to contact me after an hour, so they decided to cancel my order. Both employees were rude and unprofessional when I arrived, ultimately deciding to kick me out. Overall, a very negative experience.

I really enjoy Jamba Juice! Their plant-based smoothies are incredibly delicious. However, the employees appeared to be overworked or mistreated.

The service at this restaurant is average. I ordered a chocolate lovers drink, but it did not have a strong taste of chocolate. There was a strong flavor, possibly from peanut butter or chocolate, that overpowered the drink. Instead of a distinct flavor, I could only taste a hint of everything. If I find myself near this restaurant again, I will not order this drink.
