While my mom went to the restroom, I sat at the table, but when I went to use the restroom afterward, they informed me that I would have to wait because they were cleaning it. I agreed to wait, thinking it would be quick, and finished my meal. However, I noticed the grill worker who was cleaning the restroom eventually returned to the counter, but it still took 40 minutes for the bathroom to be ready. I had to make another stop in Asheville afterward, so this delay was quite inconvenient for me. Having to wait 15 minutes plus the additional stop made it even more difficult, especially during rush hour traffic. My mother is unwell, and it was already a tough day for us. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I felt that customer needs were not prioritized.
I ordered an 8-piece meal and brought it home, only to find I received meatless, dark crusts. I was really craving some Bojangles chicken, especially since it was the Fourth of July. I didn’t expect to have the best experience, but the chicken was inedible. Your explanation was that the oil was burned. Don’t employees get trained to replace old oil? You mentioned someone would come by tomorrow to change it, but the restaurant closed at 5:00 PM. I can only imagine how the rest of the evening went. I understand how things work behind the counter since I've been in similar situations. On a positive note, the lady in the drive-thru was very sweet, and they took my order without any hesitation, so I’m giving 3 stars for the effort to make it right. Overall, Bojangles really needs to step up their game; they’ve been lacking since the collaboration. I was born in 1975 and grew up in Charlotte, and I remember when Bojangles did it right. Their breakfast biscuits used to be unbeatable.
I have never been treated so poorly. This morning, the two women working had an argument, and one of them slammed her headset down, claiming she was ready for customers. I sat there and watched the same cars stuck in line for 20 minutes without any movement.
May 23rd 2022 around 8:12am I had to turn around take my order back because the manager Jessica put my order in wrong! I ordered the Cajun Filet Sandwich combo and she gave me the biscuits instead of the sandwich! So when I approached the window and told her about my order she was very disrespectful and proceeded to say well we don?t have the Cajun sandwich anymore so I asked why you didn?t say that when I ordered and she continued to be rude and snatched my bag from my hand. Then another worker came and corrected my order for me and she was very sweet. I didn?t get her name but I appreciate her for what she did! However Jessica on the other hand lied and told me that they didn?t have the Cajun Sandwich but then tells the workers to make it! Her attitude is very nasty and I didn?t appreciate the way she treated me and my family because if we would of went inside the restaurant things could of been really bad! She really met her match this morning and I won?t ever come back to this location again!
