The restaurant has terrible owners and management, underpaid staff, and mold in the ice machines.
I haven't placed my order yet. You don't have to leave your car because they have an electronic drive-thru system.
Food generally good, service generally terrible. My last order there was online, and when I arrived the woman behind the counter told me there was no order from me. Showed her the online confirmation three times. Never offered to redo the order, or anything else, before she walked away. Contacted Subway corporate, who responded quickly but never replied when I asked that my credit card charge for the order be refunded. I’m done with Subway.
Me and my husband have been to this subway store several times since we moved here in May 2021, are each time the service has been great. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The food is always fresh and our subs are made just the way we want request them. We have never encountered any problems at this location and will continue to come to the Indian Land, SC store for our subs.
