Burger King - Indian Harbour Beach

The floors are super slick. My cane went flying before I ever stepped in. Even with holding on tightly to someone I barely stayed on my feet. The floors were that slick. No mat at the door to help when it rains either.

Never got the cashier's name but he was amazingly nice and apologized for stuff I didn't think he needed to even apologize for, I was just doing food pick up for someone so as long as I was able to get the order I was fine. BK food is BK food anywhere lol but the service here is always on point and the interior is nice and clean. I used to work here like 20 years ago and the place was on the verge of closing but it's been standing the rest of time.

Waited 20 minutes at the drive through, an hour before closing and no one ever came. There were employees inside and they were avoiding to answer customers at the drive through on purpose and laughing, while talking about trying to get off work early.

Felt rushed when order then they forgot to pack half my order!

I really don't like posting negative reviews about places, but I came here today because I was so excited to try the new Spider-Verse whopper, and when I waited at the counter, there was no one to be seen for the longest time, I almost thought the store was closed. Then, when the girl came up to the register and took my order, she seemed upset and walked away without giving my receipt that had my order number on it, so I had to reach over the counter to grab it. When I went back to the counter to ask for ranch, the employees had all disappeared again, and didnt notice me for a very long time, even though the drive thru and lobby were empty. I was very disappointed in the service at this location. While the whopper was pretty cold, I really enjoyed the fries, and the red bun on the whopper was still pretty cool! Again, I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this is not the first time this location has been this way, in my personal experience.
