Papa Johns - Independence

I tried to place a delivery order at this restaurant because my children were sleeping. The woman on the phone told me that my card was declined three times. I checked my bank account and saw that I had actually been charged three times for the same transaction. I went to the restaurant in person to discuss the issue and was told that it would be resolved by the next day. The manager then asked me to pay for my order in cash. I will never order from this restaurant again.

The pizza was poorly assembled and had a rough texture. The breadsticks were delicious, but my overall experience was similar to the last time. I'm not sure what's happening, but I won't be ordering from there again. Very disappointing.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. The service is excellent and they should be recognized for offering complimentary meals!

Delicious and hot as always. I can't exceed the prices. it was under $55.00 on an order that fed 5 adult and 7 children
