Maria's Mexican - Independence

Observes us daily what we do in life, so I have paid for it in the end! And gave the waiter a generous tip for his service! He was nice, but an employee must be honest about what he serves his customers!

Looks small... It was once the oldest Burger King. It's a little small in there. I would recommend getting there early. Very clean... We ordered large cheese dips they were actually big, not like other places we left, is the size of a finger shell. Great potion price right. I would recommend Maias if you were looking for authentic Mexican food. The sauce they bring to the table is not hot at all, so you might want to ask for spicy sauce if that's what you want.

We met long friends we didn't even see for dinner. We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed our meal. The server was really nice and very busy.

I come here once a year when I’m in town for the 1/2 mile race event that takes place at the local airport and I’m joined by a large group of people each time. The staff does great each time, accommodating all of us with smiles and great food and drinks. The carne Asada is what I got this last visit and it was pretty dang good. The margaritas are a little on the sweeter side, but there is still plenty of tequila in them. I’ve never had a bad experience during the 3 times I’ve been here and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Maria’s is excellent. We usually eat there after church on Sundays. The menu is large and has a variety of options. Everything is good, particularly the carne asada, fajitas, and burritos. The service is fast and efficient. Dominic has been our server several times and always does a great job.
