Service was understaffed, steak overcooked, sent it back. Quite expensive. Cocktails were average. Didn't like the meatball appetizer at all. The Korean Fried Cauliflower was great though. Risotto was tasty but not worth a $44 price tag. Overall just missing some appeal given we spent $100 pp on dinner. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100

My recent visit to Big Water Grill Restaurant left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter to caution others. The food at this establishment was underwhelming, to say the least. Unfortunately, every dish we ordered lacked the expected flavors and some were disappointingly overcooked. The fish was particularly dry and overdone, which was quite disheartening. Moreover, the service was subpar. Our waiter took an unusually long time to attend to our table, leaving us waiting without any explanation or apology. Though the appetizers were good, the disappointment with the main courses overshadowed any positives. On the brighter side, one person in our group enjoyed her scallops, which were the highlight of an otherwise dismal experience. Despite this single bright spot, the lack of attention to detail in both the food and service is concerning. I hope Big Water Grill Restaurant takes the necessary steps to improve the overall dining experience for future customers. As it stands, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my unfortunate encounter.
