I had a great experience at this restaurant before COVID hit. The drinks were fantastic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and loud. However, the vegetarian options were good but not exceptional. My server was very friendly and informed me that they always have one vegan option and several vegetarian options that change seasonally, but unfortunately, the menu has remained the same for over a year now. The walnut meat dish I tried was interesting but didn't quite wow me. I hope to return for drinks when it's safe to do so or possibly try their take-out if they update their menu.
Great drinks, service. lively and loud (although it was before COVID). Good, but not big veg options. My very friendly server said they always have a vegan option and several vegetarians, and that they change seasonally, but then happened in 2020. Biss has kept the same seasonal menu for over a year. The meat dish was interesting, but it was not hit from the park. I'm looking forward to going back to drinks when it's safe again or maybe take away when they change the menu.
Good food with a quite wide selection of tapas dishes, plates can be regarding how good they are the data and fish tacos are both excellent. Great service (in the bar). Bit at the expensive end, probably will be at least 50 / head and more likely 75 100 with one or two drinks.
Whether it's a sitting dinner at the table with a reservation or standby at the bar, we have to eat here every trip to Incline Village. The food is fantastic. Not so much a tapas or small dish for all dishes, but just right. The flavors are fantastic. Try it for example... For two to share: butter lettuce salad to begin, then three articles... band eye steak with peppercorn sauce, Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese. And if you drink wine, pair it with a Cabernet Sauvignon. (Select glass or bottle from the wine list or bring a bottle (Corkage $30)
