Dutch Bros Coffee - Idaho Falls

I really love Dutch Bros, but I was disappointed with the walk-up service during my last visit. I placed my order and waited for 30 minutes, only to have to ask about my drink, which I found out had just been sitting there. When I finally got it, it tasted terrible—totally watered down. The three customers ahead of me also had to inquire about their drinks and discovered they were in the same situation. It seems they prioritize the drive-thru and don't pay enough attention to walk-up customers. Honestly, I think it would have been better to make coffee at home than to pay for such a diluted cup.

My kids really enjoy the specialty drinks at this restaurant, with the caramel ones being their absolute favorite. They're such big fans that one of them even considered trying to work there, but the hiring process seems quite unusual.

I absolutely love Dutch Bros Coffee! The staff is always cheerful and friendly. The coffee and Red Bull drinks are fantastic. If you haven't been there yet, you really need to check it out!

This experience is always an excellent one. The employees are always delightful. The beverages are on point. Other food service providers should take notes on what service should be.

The lattes are usually very good, but can be inconsistent in both flavor and temperature. Service is slow as compared to Starbucks. The outside music is a great idea, unfortunately a speaker points at the drive thru window making it hard to converse with the bistro. The youngsters running the place are friendly enough.
