Food was the same as always, decent quality. Nothing special. The restaurant was an absolute mess, however. Nothing was stocked and there were only 2 clean tables in the entire room. The teenagers working at the time were more interested in goofing off andchatting than cleaning and doing their job. Rather disappointed in the staff responsibility but overall was an okay visit.
Well when I opened my bag, and I found a half eaten sandwich in my bag that wasn't mine, and that freaked me out knowing that was there, so yeah cant come back here again, and very close to considering calling the health inspector because what excusecould you have for putting an half eaten sandwich which was not mine at ALL!!! horrifically disgusting.
The quality of both the 17th street and Broadway locations is subpar, whether ordering in person or through DoorDash. I have experienced long wait times of up to 30 minutes, even when the restaurants are slow, and often receive orders that are barely warm. The 17th street store is consistently dirty, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. My DoorDash customers have complained about the delays, particularly when they are notified last minute about certain meats being unavailable after waiting for 30 minutes. I am frustrated and urge the restaurant to improve their service. If possible, only visit to pick up DoorDash orders at this time.
The food was delicious and I received the correct order. The restaurant and my table were both clean. The service was friendly and the food was served quickly. The restroom was also clean, although the lock on the door was a bit tricky to use. Make sure to lock it correctly.
