It really surprises me how places like these gourmet burgers can advertise and stay in business. Does this look like a gourmet burger? It cost me $13.69 for a little cheeseburger with 2 pathetic pieces of bacon. Your burgers can be a little better than McDonalds, but that's it. You can find a much better burger in Sonic, Braums, Burger Street, Whataburger or even In and Out for a fraction of the cost. To call this Burger Gourmet is an absolute joke. No lot of love and care went into this! Tryed it... never again.

Great experience and great food. New to me impossible cheeseburger is a hit. Onions rings or sweet potato fries. Dip the burger and fries in the camp fire sauce?you?re welcome.

For a chain restaurant, the experience is pretty solid all around. The wait staff are kind, quick to seat you even during evenings, and quick to serve. Other servers watched for our drinks to get close to empty and brought over refills without us asking. Fries are refillable and our burgers were tasty. You can lay and leave at the table and the price is affordable.

These place is always delicious!! Wait staff are fantastic flawless best I?ve seen in DFW. Never disappointed always have a great dinner with the family.Always a returning costumer right here.

Food quality and quantity was awesome. Their new cheesy fondue burger with bacon cheese dipping sauce was delicious as was their mushroom swiss burger. Can't beat bottomless fries either! Service was fast and friendly and atmosphere of the place is cheery and colorful. Outdoor seating available and is dog friendly so bring your furry friend along for burgers!
