It took 1.5 hours to get my order. Lady working phones hung up on me twice.Pizza finally showed up. It's a let down. As I clack away on my grease soaked keyboard, I feel the pepperonis eating away at the lining of my stomach. I'm paying $4.99 delivery charge THEN paying their driver a living wage for what? I could've literally walked to pick up my order about as quick as delivery.With a business model like this, I pray to pizza they go out of business. This chain is a **** show.
If I could give a no star rating I would. I used to be a regular customer of Pizza Hut this experience was one that I was not happy with and will end my patronage of this location. I tried to order online with this location. I received errors when attempting to order, resulting in my calling the store directly to place my order the representative who answered the phone needed to be more competent. I spoke with the store manager Liz, and it turned even worse she could not honor the coupons I saw online and stated that it was a corporate coupon that she could not honor, although the coupon deal showed up for her location online. She decided that she would rather lose my sale and long standing relationship with the location by not honoring what was listed online,Extremely disappointing that loyalty from both the customer and the business does not matter to those in your leadership positions. Train your associates better!!
If I could give a lower rating I would! I've ordered a dozen pizzas at least from this location. the last three have been pretty bad! tonight however was the worst! it was delivered 45 min later than the app said. I called to get an eta and was told the driver had 4 stops and mine would be there in 15-20 minutes. It finally arrived and was wet from sitting in the box for an hour plus, which caused it to be a box of yuck. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! the manager offered me another pizza ... NO THANKS. Great pizza, disgusting employees!! Lady is doing her nails right in front of customers. Someone even had to tell her to wash her hands!! You don't do that in front of customers
Do NOT eat here. The service is terrible. The food is terrible! I ordered cheese sticks and of course they were burnt. I asked why did the cheese sticks look like that, and of course the guy at the register said, “I don’t know!” I asked to speak to a manager to express my concerns. The manager (Jake) tells me the same thing but of course with an attitude. I asked for my money back only to be met with smart comments. He proceeds to tell me to speak to his manager in the morning. When I asked for his name and the managers name, he really became irritated. He started making comments about me receiving my “little sixDollars back.” I told him it wasn’t the money and I didn’t have 15 minutes for him to make more. I will NEVER step foot in this location. Liz, if you are reading this, please retrain your employees!
