Let me start by saying the counterhelp was great lady who took my order was nice and sweet as could be but while waiting on my food to be cooked she asked how much longer it would be and thats where it went south i understand during these times everyone is short staffed but the way the gm talked to that girl was uncalled for the gm yelled at this poor girl for asking a simple question about how long it would be the gms response was uncalled for and very unprofessional and who knows maybe someone called in and she is having to fill that position and i can guarantee if she talks to employees like that regularly she will be filling all the positions stop being mean and hateful to the employees that do show up also just an fyi i couldnt even eat my food because of that ordeal smmfh do better peopleSammies

Absolutely the best, every time!Always perfectly cooked and my orders have never been wrong!I love seeing the actual happy and friendly staff as I walk around the corner to place my order and it's why I refuse to use the drive thru, even though I'm always taking my orders to-go.Positive environment with positive vibes is something that you can't find just anywhere.This Zaxby's always has that special five star touch that I can't get enough of.Thank you for making dinner again this evening, I very much appreciate it.

Who doesn't love chicken fingers? Love the spicy Zaxby's sauce! Service is always great! I will say that I order through the app a lot, so I haven't eaten inside, but it seems like it's always clean.

Zaby’s worst I had in this city. they had chances after the fall and always failed me. from cold fries to undercooked chickens and zaladen to toppings are missing. they have to do better. I love zax, but I'm tired of being dissatisfied. beautiful people and friendly service, but terrible eating. ridiculous.
