Steak-out - Huntsville

The food is great. I just don't understand why they can deliver to customers over Chapman mountain but they can't deliver to customers across Huntsville mountain around big cove area.they used to meet me at the store next to Domino's on 431 south but they won't do that anymore. So I give them a 5 star on their food a 1 star for their delivery locations. If it to dangerous for the drivers to pull out then the Chevron is next station on the right and it has a red light there.

As a follow up to my review from last week, I had a very nice and cordial conversation today with Emily at Steak Out management. She apologized about the poor quality meal we had, and they have made things right. As such, I have change my rating up to 5 stars. We will continue to patronize Steak Out for take home meals as we have for many, many years. Thanks Emily! ……. We have always ordered from Slaughter Rd. location since it’s close to home and have been very pleased with quality of food over the years. Happened to be at doctors office yesterday near HSV hospital so we ordered from Whitesburg location to take home. Got 2 steak tip dinners. My steak was OK for most part, but a few pieces were tough hard to chew. My wife’s dinner was much much worse. Most pieces of her steak tips she could not chew to even swallow. She left half untouched. I tried to cut up her untouched pieces on cutting board with sharp kitchen knife and most of them I had very difficult time cutting in half. The pieces she had spit out were just as bad and very tough. What few pieces I thought were somewhat editable I gave to our dog. The potato’s and salad were great as always, but somehow a really bad tough as nails steak got sold to us. Next week when in town going to stop and see if I can get a refund. If so I’ll post another review. Just our bad luck this time. We will order again, but may stick with chicken.

I want to say how much we love ordering from here! The food is always delicious and fresh and I usually always love the customer service. However tonight a lady named Sierra took my order and also waited on me when I came to pick it up. She was extremely wonderful and made it to where I left beyond satisfied with the whole experience this evening. Thank you Sierra and thank you steak out.

So good, they gave me a free dessert because my order took longer than usual. Great customer service!

Always awesome service! A very unique business model! Get a great steak, delivered to your house! There sweet tea is on point! At no point in the last 25+ years have I ever had a bad experience!
