He held up the line the entire time trying to get me to write it down. I never texted him after he forced me to open my phone and write my numbers. I went back again today hoping he wasn't on shift but he was. He kept trying to talk to me again. Keep your workers in check and quit letting them hit on young women.
Horrible, horrible customer service. Every employee encountered acted like they would rather be somewhere and could care less where I was. First and last time visiting this location (Perimeter and University).
Wrong order and terrible customer service even when I told them the order was wrong they looked at me like I was wrong
Today, on 1/23/2021, I visited Wendy's before work and ordered a classic bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with orange juice. As I was leaving, I started eating my food and after two bites, I realized that it tasted strange. Upon closer inspection, I saw that the eggs were green. I returned the food and the employee at the window asked what was wrong without offering an apology. She gave me another sandwich, but this time I checked it before leaving the drive-thru and noticed that the bread was moldy. I informed the employee at the window that they need to check their food before serving it, and she responded with an attitude. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I hope I do not get sick from their incompetence.
The drive-through experience took nearly 30 minutes. It felt as though they were only servicing one order at a time. We waited at the order speaker for over 10 minutes before a staff member finally asked for our order. And all of this happened on a Tuesday evening at 7pm.
