Tenders Inc - Huntsville

The customer service at Tenders in Five Points is AWESOME!! I had my order wrong and had to come back to get it straight. I was pretty mad and turned into one of 'those customers ' that I should have known better of being especially since my husband is a business owner and I deal with those kinds of customers all the time. I didn 't get the gentleman 's name who I spoke to but he went above and beyond and fixed my order and refunded me for what was not right. I only wanted my smoked wings since they are the best I 've ever had but he also refunded me. OUTSTANDING customer service and I will continue to come back to Tenders not just for the food but also for the service I received!

Second best chicken in Alabama. Up there with Popeyes.

Tender’s has been one of my favorite restaurants in Huntsville for as long as I can remember. The food has been consistently good with their wings, tenders, fries, and toast. I love the ken’s light ranch and my parents love the Tenders chicken sauce. We come here frequently and still enjoy the football theme and friendly staff.
