Taqueria Las Adelitas - Huntsville

The Mexican food at this restaurant is very good! I tried the enchiladas supreme with chicken and beef, and the marinade on both was outstanding. This was my first time dining here, but it definitely won't be my last.

Adelitas is hands down the top spot for Mexican cuisine in town. You have to give it a try - once you do, you won't be able to resist coming back for more. Every dish on the menu is fantastic, but don't miss out on the enchiladas and California burrito in particular.

The restaurant serves delicious genuine dishes. Customers place their orders at the counter before finding their own seats. Despite its casual atmosphere, the quality of the food makes it a worthwhile dining experience.

Service was superb here. The cashier/receptionist/server gave great recommendations and checked how I was doing regularly, engaged in conversation, and felt like he was genuinely interested in my opinion on my food.I got the birria tacos, they were good. The tacos had a nice crisp shell to start but quickly got soggy as I moved down the line, and that was before I dipped it in the soup. I also got a chili relleno on the side. They used a different cheese (queso fresco? than I'm used to, and I liked it. It had a good texture and didn't run out of the chili the moment you cut it open.Would I come here again just for the food? Probably not. But, unless I find someplace much better I would definitely come back because of the service.

This place has gone down hill quick. I ate here a while ago and it was fabulous. Recently I was disappointed. The chicken enchiladas were topped with brown gravy and taco seasoning mix was not good.
