Steak N Shake - Huntsville

I visited Steak and Shake for the first time since they updated their service model. I was disappointed by the impersonal service and the fact that you can no longer order a milkshake without whipped cream. The quality of the food was also lacking, as the milkshake was thin and watery and the burger meat was not as flavorful as it used to be. I hope they can bring back the old service and quality.

This place is not the name steak n shake abhorrent! ordered food from a kiosk. it took over 45 minutes to get our food from the time we order. the food was cold and the fries were overcooked and cold? the tables were dirty, the floors had eat everywhere. the employees worked in a screw step. no beeping in the bathroom. this place must be closed. Too bad I have to give them a star. they don't deserve it!

Eating was very good. if they forget something on their order, they are happy to get it for them and extra to them. they love the ordered electronic consoles and it was fun to sing in the back. Thank you!

This restaurant will always be one of my top choices for getting a burger. No one makes a burger like Steak and Shake. I personally recommend ordering a triple burger. Their fries and onion rings are also fantastic, and their milkshakes are amazing. PS: Try the milkshake.

My husband and I stopped coming here about a year ago or more because we had a hard time with their service, food quality, and cleanliness of the store. Well today, we had a hard time finding somewhere fast but also not too busy on the inside to eat and continue our day. We figured we would try Steak ‘n Shake since it had been awhile, and low and behold they’ve made some upgrades, and a significantly higher health score was present. When we got our food, it was fresh, hot, great staff attitudes. We were overall pleased and will definitely be coming back since these improvements have been made.
