I don't know what was worse; being greeted by the stench of the urine reeking bathrooms upon entering the restaurant, or the rude lady at the hostess station to the left of the main hostess station. We arrived a little after 7 and just stood there without being greeted after our interaction with the rude old lady. Now what a shame, while standing there I thought about the amount of time and money I would spend there compared to the service or non-service and decided that me and my two other guests should leave. We did and solicited another restaurant. I have gotten better service and ambiance at Panda Express so please take notes from them next time so you can re-learn some fundamentals about how to treat guests upon entering your establishment.
First time here and it was a great time!!! The food was absolutely amazing and the chefs were super talented. Great atmosphere and service as well. Highly recommend, but it is expensive. They charge extra if you share an entree (which is understandable)!Food: 5/5
I brought someone to showgunbecause they wanted to come for his birthday.The service was terrible! Lady server NEVER refilled our water glasses. This food was loaded with sodiu.The rice didn't have much flavor.I ask for yum yum and steak sauce. Lady server brought out something brown,but it wasn't the steak sauce we've gotten there before. Very gritty,not good.It took awhile for to bring sauces. We wanted to wait and dip meat into our sauces. Food was getting cold. Lady server didn't check on us through the meal. When she came she brought the bill. I told Asian lady server We needed water refills awhile back. She said I was busy with other customer.What were we? Server said we are very short. NO EXCUSE!!!The bill was a couple dollars short of $80.00 dollars.With these prices, Customer service and quality food is key!The service was not even a one.We'll find somewhere else to go.
The female manager/owner lacks customer service skills!! According to their hours of operation online they don’t close until 10. I called several times to place an order over the phone (no answer) before I decided to just order in person. I get there and see that there’s a sign on the door that says they close at 9. I get there at exactly 8:45 and the lady doesn’t even acknowledge me but I can see she’s busy with receipts so I’m waiting. I stood there at least a minute and she doesn’t even look up or just says “we’re closed.”She is rude each time I order here!! I shake it off and think that maybe she’s just having a bad day. They don’t deserve my hard earned coins to get this kind of service.
Waited 1 hr after being seated. Chef said nothing except to confirm your order. Not tricks, no talking, no jokes. Tspped his spatula at beginning and end of shaking the cans and that is it. Worst experience ever. This is not typical here but with the price you pay you expect more and it was fathers day. Will go elsewhere next time.Food: 2/5
