Panera Bread - Huntsville

Panera is great with some Healthy options on the menu. Most employees are friendly and nice. The kitchen people can be a bit different thou. Its a overall great breakfast and lunch option thou.

Kiosk it didn't work right, out of an ingredient for the salad, received a text stating that my food was ready for pickup, but when I went to get it it wasn't there. Waited quite a while for someone to acknowledge me, and then they told me somebody else walked off with my food and out the door. The person brought back the food, and I watched as the manager smashed it into the trash can. She told her staff to make me another right away, which they did, and they got my order wrong. The restaurant itself was absolutely filthy and none of the staff seemed to care.

The lady called my last name when my order was finished. When I grabbed him, she asked me how I said it. I told her and made a joke about it. When I grabbed my lunch and turned around, she made a comment to another worker about how it turned into a conversation when she didn't want it. Maybe we want to wait until the customer is out of the ear. eating is not good enough to bring me into a good mood afterwards.

Went there for lunch today and tried on of their warm bowls which isn 't warm at all. I got the Baja bowl with chicken thinking it would be like Chipotle. Uh no. They did not have the black beans or the corn salsa that goes on it. They don 't offer a discount for that either. The chicken is fatty with no flavor like it has been microwaved and it was kinda gray colored. Then some brown rice with a bunch of black seeds and brown avocado and some tomatoes. Then a half pound dollop of sour cream which I scraped off. It was so unappetizing in appearance and lacking in flavor. Try harder Panera. It was nasty.

I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it was soo good and I got it fast! The young lady who took my order (her name was Kylie) was so sweet and got my order in fast! They are very low on staff so please remember to be nice to your workers!! Definitely will be coming back here again!!!
