Cold Stone Creamery - Huntsville

I have my cups and was like: “Where is the ice?” lol, seriously a carbahn robber. we paid $20 for 4 underfilled small cups of ice. would have just bought a carton at target for a quarter of the price.

I would rate this place a zero if possible. The customer service is horrible. The employees are rude and will not receive any of my business again. If people are going to pay for overpriced ice cream at least you can smile and say thank you.

So I placed an order for pick up for Sunday evening and we had a cinnamon allergy and I called to let the store know. They went above and beyond to make sure that it was taken care of!! 100% recommend this store! They even left a little note on the ice cream that shouldn’t have cinnamon and put the ice cream that had cinnamon in it in a completely separate bag!

Went here over the weekend. Great flavors and amazing workers! I ended up getting the strawberry milkshake and it was phenomenal the whipped cream on top was a nice treat! Only reason I am not leaving a 5-star review is because I went to place my keys and wallet on a table for a second and when I picked them up I realized the tables were extremely sticky. Then I checked the next table and that one was also sticky.

I ordered a smoothie and they gave me half! And the rest if the order took 40 minutes for watch smoothie! The workers forgot us... Yes it had a big line but we were forgotten! Please take off smoothies from the menu or get more experience for one.
