The restaurant is spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I absolutely love it!

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. My drinks were left on the counter without anyone calling out names, and after waiting 20 minutes, I found out that someone else had taken them, despite my presence the entire time. To make matters worse, my pastries were also taken without any verification. I didn’t expect to have to monitor the counter like a hawk. When I finally inquired about my order, the staff member at the counter seemed clueless and couldn't locate it. I requested a refund and received no apology, just a receipt and a "thank you." This location really needs to improve its organization and leadership.

I ordered a medium salted caramel frappe, and it was incredibly delicious! The balance of the salt flavor complemented the sweetness perfectly, making it a delightful treat.

Coffee was great. I also had bought a blueberry muffin. It was really good!

The place is super clean, excellent customer service, and the employees are very quick in preparing orders. Also the taste of Tierra Mia's drinks is better than that of that other place that starts with the S and with this hot season you are craving some rich and delicious MANGONEADAS.???
