There is not 1 day they get my order correct also with missing items the lady is very rude always slams the window slide so hard like if she is mad at the customers. I do not get why people work in fast food restaurants if they can’t deal with the customers. PleaseJack n box do something about the night shift staff .

The customer service is amazing, but the food is disappointing. Never have I had hot but soggy jalapeño peepers lol. The coffee was at least good.
Considering reviews dated over 2 years ago to recent ones, management continues to hold their employees above the customer. The food is never hot.
