Taco Bell - Huntersville

Terrible customer service, including the manager. absolutely unprofessional and rude. to finish all this, they gave away at least 10 commands that came to me.

Wednesday, 9:45 o'clock: should be open until 1 o'clock (after google,) or at least 10 o'clock (after the sign on the building.) the restaurant looked like it had been closed for hours, no one replied to the trip thru and all the lights were out.

The worst! I made my eating wrong, which forced me to return. I was very nice and explained my eating was wrong and the girl was extremely rude and pretended she wanted to attack me! can you imagine? about her mistake! I'll never come back! They have to find really better employees and train them properly!

This used to be a great Taco Bell, but has gone downhill this past year. During our last experience, we ordered and paid online on a Sunday night. There was an option to pick up inside, which I selected since our past few visits had excessive drive-thru times. This is also why we choose online ordering for this visit, hoping it would help us avoid the drive-thru line. Big mistake. We arrived at the assigned time, driving past a line of cars for the drive-thru that was almost out to Statesville Road. Building doors were locked so I called and explained I had a pickup order with the option to get it inside. He told me I had to wait in the drive-thru line. So we get in the line and wait for 15 minutes to get to the order speaker. I inform them of my online order (that I already paid for) and they say they can't find it. After a few minutes of shuffling around, they say they found it and to pull ahead. After more waiting, we finally get to the pick-up window and only then does someone proceed to make the order. There was also only one individual making the food while the cashier spent the entire time texting on their phone. At this point, we have been there over 30 minutes waiting on food that was ordered over an hour and a half ago. We finally get our food and get home only to realize we are missing a couple items. We will never go back to this location or try Taco Bells's online ordering option again.

Ridiculous to show up at 9 pm and wait in the drive through just to be told you're closed. A sign would be great, an update of hours would be great. We won't be back
