Starbucks - Huntersville

Did a mobile order because I had 2 sleeping toddlers in the car. Parked out front and politely asked the barista if she could bring the coffee to the car. I understand this is an atypical ask, but even with her inability to help out, her attitude about it was snarky and mean. A nice tip for above and beyond customer service was waiting, but no more. I?ll go elsewhere from now on.

I wanted to shout out the person wearing the green sweater yesterday. I couldn?t read their name tag because they were working so fast. They greeted every single person coming in the door and announced the names clearly when their order was ready. Absolutely amazing. And the drinks were great!

The restaurant is crowded, but the staff efficiently serves the food in a timely manner.

It is very frustrating that this restaurant closes at 4:00 p.m. when all the Starbucks in the area are open until 8:00 p.m. We love the Birkdale area.

The service was excellent and it was a lovely experience to sit outside while savoring a delicious cup of coffee. It was simply perfect.
