Que Onda Cantina Highland Creek

Normally, I don’t mind sauce, but this was just excessive. After taking two bites and finding it unappetizing, I asked the waitress if they could either remove it from my bill or let me order something else. To my dismay, she approached the table with her arms crossed, rolled her eyes, and told me that since I had 'eaten' some of it, there was nothing she could do for me. However, I was welcome to pay for it and order something else if I wanted. I was shocked! I only took a couple of bites—certainly not enough to judge the entire plate. The waitstaff was rude and unhelpful. On top of that, the prices were unreasonable. I understand that inflation affects everyone, but this quality of food isn't worth it. I will never return. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to treat customers like this and serve such poor quality food. I frankly believe this raises some serious health concerns, and I would advise contacting the health department. They need to know about the state of the food being served.

The food is fantastic, but I have to ask—why do they serve a child-sized cup of soup for $4.50? Just look at my iPhone 11 next to it for size comparison. It feels like a total rip-off, but I must admit, the food is delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at Que Onda Cantina. The tacos were delicious and expertly made! I really appreciated the variety of options available. The empanadas were also fantastic. I'm definitely looking forward to returning for more!

Me and my girlfriend decided to come here for lunch and we were extremely impressed. This Mexican restaurant was so delicious.. the tacos were very flavorful and this restaurant has reasonable prices and great customer service.

Every, single time I come here the food is on point, without fail! My mom and I drove in from the beach where we tried for two days to get mexican and the lines were too long. This was worth the wait. You can?t beat happy hour for $9! Skillet nachos and fresh mojitos! Also, the cute patio outside and the bar draws a neighborhood crowd. Nice vibes. I often forget about this place as it is a bit of a drive for me, but it is always worth it when I remember. The service is always good, too! Ole?!
