I tried to chat with pfeffer online and get “Page not found” error. I tried to call the load to get my money back, but they literally can't go through. it's just an automated message that says to go online and talk to pfeffer that I've been trying for half an hour. incredibly frustrating and now I'm just out of the money.
The mask requirement on the entrance is a joke how do you expect customers to follow it when the employees won’t? One woman had a mask on her chin and no gloves on while scooping chips into bags. A customer brought her dog in and was holding him up right by the food while ordering and the employees said nothing. This place is gross.
6pm, 10+ people in line (and growing) with one person making the meals. I was the 6th person in line and couldn't help but stare at my clock. Unfortunately, it took 25 minutes to get to me, that's with one person only ordering a bag of chips. Three other employees kept peeking around from the back but not helping the employee out front. Finally, two came out to help when they got to the person behind me. They were out of steak then someone finally came out and put some on the grill. I guess I'm used to always seeing fresh food cooking on a Chipotle grill especially at dinner time..Whoever owns this Chipotle really needs to check in on their business and probably be present to help. I was shocked at how slow and disorganized it was. Luckily, everything tasted fine and the orders were correct.
1st server had mask under her chin, 2nd server under his nose. Both pulled their masks up at my request (after breathing on food) and changed their gloves. Food was fine. Would not eat there again due to lax masking enforcement by management. Sorry I didn't leave today.
Definitely the worst Chipotle I've visited, and I've been to many all over the country.Order ahead is pointless here. The order will not be done in time for your pickup time, and if it is, double check the bag before you leave. Last time I came here (after over 6 months avoiding it) the entire in-store line was served before they started making pickup orders. They asked for all 5:30 and 5:40 orders to give their name... after 6pm!I suggest either visiting Moe's on the other side of 77 or heading to Mooresville or Northlake if you really want Chipotle.
