Via Napoli Pizzeria - Hunters Hill

I was a happy customer of Via Napoli Restaurant in the Lane Cove, so had similar expectations to the Surry Hills site. The service was shocking. First of all, we had a booking a week before she had to wait 20 minutes to wait for a 20 minute on very unorganized fashion (there was no arrangement, who sat first sitting, only whom was pushed into the front). We could barely reach our table because we come by our waiting staff, and then one of my friends was asked to draw on the opposite side of our table (where there was no chair) because it would be "easier" for them? We were asked if we like any drinks, and before I could order the waiter, who saw elsewhere eligible the whole time, hurried away, hurried away, so we had to wait for someone who came to someone else came to us. Finally, our plates and cutlery were taken away while we eat ... Everything felt very much, as if we were in the way and had to leave the door. Excellent food, good service, atmosphere and price. We had a group of six at a busy Friday evening, and while we had booked at 7 pm, some 15 minutes earlier, another 25 minutes late, and the staff was good. We had the big sharing boards of antipasti and pizza. Everything was great. Only the disadvantage is that it is loud - it was busy, there were many high-trainer young people, and the decor is all hard surfaces.

This place is amazing. The service is great, everyone is super friendly and inviting. Pizza is amazing. Overall great experience! Come again!
