Wendy's - Humboldt

Did a mobile order for lunch and went to pick up at drove through. The line was long and the service was slow. Employee didn't even say anything when she handed out my food. Got back to work only to realize that my burger was cold and undercooked. I couldn't call them because I am back at work but there is no other way to contact them. Even on the app there is a place to click live chat, yet conveniently is doesn't work either. Pay attention to your food when you order here. They're going to make someone sick.

Everything at Wendy's went pretty good the service was great the waiting time was pretty good and I enjoyed the short time I was there so I recommend it for anyone to go there who won't to have different things to choose from to eat so yeah check it out I'll give it 18 thumbs up and I definitely do not say that about every restaurant because I am not really a restaurant person but every once in awhile I like to go and pick up my

Very disappointed ? only 1car ahead of us at DT order taker was friendly accurate, then it went down hill, we pulled to front to wait for our order, then waited, waited some more watched cars come go, after 10 min ,finally a young man asked what the order was,checked on it, apologies for the delay, apparently our order was given to another vehicle, he apologized again, went in brought us out fresh hot food ok so drinks were wrong, but this young man made an effort to check see about us patiently waiting, know this it was heavy rains out, but this young man took time to come to our vehicle ask if we were waiting went into the store,comes out apologies n makes it right we need more kindness like this. To that vehicle who got free breakfast, I hope you enjoyed, that. Is my kind act for you. Have great day

Stopped by for a quick breakfast, food was good, staff was so kind, it was clean, atmosphere was pleasant :o)

Had my first and last Cobb Salad at Humboldt, TN Wendy's. No receipt, cost $8.99 including tax. Salad very small and sparse ingredients, probably no more than 1 ounce of chicken. In clear plastic tray that looks like tray for 1/2 size salad. I'd been better off to go across street to WalMart and buy their prepackaged $3 salad. Very skimpy on all ingredients, tray half full.
