Love this place. The food is aways good and service is great!

The only complaint I am is that for some reason that I ordered online DoorDash canceled my order so I had to go into the lobby to have my order placed

I was here with my wife and two kids the other night. The staff was friendly. However, my food never arrived. My wife and kids got their food, but the grill stopped working before mine was finished. They could not get the grill working again so I wasn’t able to order anything else either. Pretty frustrating but I understand these things happen. My issue is that we were not compensated for the problem. There was no offer to take some extra money off the bill for having to leave hungry after being there for over an hour. I was honestly pretty shocked by that. I felt like I shouldn’t have to complain and/or ask for that compensation so I didn’t. I paid my bill and left. I had a couple bites of my wife’s food and it was okay. Not sure we’ll go back.

Great food . Warm chips and salsa to start. Food is always consistent.

I'm writing again as I wasn't able to finish. After the salsa was splattered all over us, we had to ask for the manager. Instead of asking what he could do to resolve the issue, he wanted us to take the clothes to cleaners and bring him the bill. This should have been a teachable moment. The manager should have brought the busboy over and explained to him that when things like this happen, the manager needs to be notified immediately. In the end, the manager comped half of the bill. It wasn't about the money, but if it were my restaurant, I would have asked the customer if it would help if the restaurant covered the entire bill. We both left with a sour taste for this location. If it had been handled differently, I may not have written this review.
