The food at this restaurant is high quality and comes out quickly. It is definitely worth the price. I tried the Gravy bucket from the Christmas special and the combination of chicken with gravy was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend that everyone give it a try at least once.

This restaurant is much better than the KFC in Sunbury. The portions are decent, the chicken is tasty, and the chips are light and fluffy with a slight crisp. In contrast, the KFC in Sunbury serves limp, lukewarm, and tasteless food in tiny portions. Great job!

The KFC branch in question has the worst staff, who are incredibly rude. The manager, in particular, took things to another level by not fulfilling customer requests and refusing to provide her name for complaints. We made sure to note down the date, time, and location for head office to address the issue. The food was also unpleasant. I will never be visiting this KFC again.

I paid online for a 9-piece original recipe chicken at this restaurant, but my order was not processed. They informed me that they do not accept online orders. The money has been deducted from my bank account. Location: Feltham, TW13 4DX.

I will never visit this restaurant again. In today's world, good service is imperative for success. Unfortunately, the service here is clearly terrible. I do not recommend wasting your money at this location. It is not fair to businesses that are striving to provide good service and make ends meet. The service is absolutely terrible, with customer needs not being met. I am very disappointed.
