Starbucks - Hoover

There's usually only one person working here, which leads to long lines. They often run out of pastries too quickly and don't seem to restock often enough. I really wish Target would consider adding a drive-through option. This part of Hoover is lacking, especially with the Starbucks in the Grove. The one across the street is too small and tends to be slow.

I've never had a bad experience at this place. I visited on a busy Christmas Eve, and they managed to get our orders right and served quickly. Usually, I find that Starbucks locations in restaurants tend to be a diluted version of the original, but I've never felt that way here.

I encountered the most unenthusiastic staff I have ever seen. The wait times were ridiculous, and the dining area was dirty. It appears to be a result of poor management. The drinks were decent, though.

I didn't even have to pay for this drink. I'm not really picky when it comes to what I get in my drink, a strawberry cream wrap with a shot of coffee. when I got my drink, he had no coffee and had a super sunk. I do not recommend.

If they ask the barista to add “less ice” to their coffee, they expect less ice, right?
