Jefferson's - Hoover

It really turned a corner for the best when the new owners took over, but the last 2 visits not so much. The wings are still some of the best in the area, but the service seems to fight and their beer selection never seems to change or offer a little more craft in nature. Locals are great, but sometimes a change is beautiful.

Worst customer service experience ever. This place is downhill. The staff is completely ignored, either hostess or waiting staff. Stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting for Hostess. Finally, we sat at a table just to be ignored by every waitress. Left after 15 minutes, when no single employee realized we were there. Wings are great, but whoever runs this place has no customer service know-how.

I? ve come here to more than one occasion and the order I was made online was either completely missing or not ready for a very, very long time. Today it was completely gone and I think I literally saw a young white woman giving my food to another customer. Why do I say that? Well, the young woman on the front has to work the bar and basically the whole restaurant has added? gave my food away. That means they had to regain my whole order that FOREVER took over. What should have been a quick pickup went to 2 for 1 and a half hours. It was perhaps the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in my life. I don't even write reviews and I? ve come to this place for years, but for the past year it was terrible service.

Pretty good sports bar. Always busy with people. Many decisions. It will not compete with a hipster brewery of double ipas and acidic, but it is still nice to have many designs decisions. I have baked oysters as usual. That's not consistent, but that happens to seafood. This time all the bread just fell off.

The food was good but the service wasn't great. We sat for a while before someone came to take our order. We ordered appetizers and a meal. The meal came out and we were asked how everything looked. We didn't have our appetizers that should have came out before the food. The first time I had came here everything was great. Not this time and not sure it is worth coming back .
