Dunkin' - Hoover

This is My Dunkin ! I love it, always friendly service, and it definitely is a highlight each time I visit.

They've gone downhill and their bagels are terrible! The bagels are hard like hockey pucks AND dry. Never going

This was my first time at this location. Ordered a hot latte, got a Cold latte and a cold, wet, inedible chicken biscuit.the biscuit was so wet and gelatinous, one bite and I spit it out.

Wosre Dunkin' I've ever been to. Service sucks. You can tell none of the staff want to be there. My wife and I waited by the order counter for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. I've been to this location multiple times and everyone just seems angry or ambivalent to the customers. Seriously, just go anywhere else! I don't know who is to blame for the terrible moral and general attitude of this place but they won't be in business very long if things do not change.
