Top Of The Cove - Honey Harbour

The restaurant offers a lovely view of the lake, thanks to its large windows, which adds to the experience. However, what truly made our visit exceptional was Joelle, our server. When we arrived, we were trying to figure out how to manage the inconvenience that I had only brought sandals, while our main plan for the weekend was to play tennis at the resort. We didn’t want to waste an hour driving to Orillia to buy new shoes. In a light-hearted moment, I jokingly told my husband that I would pay $20 for someone’s shoes straight off their feet. Just then, Joelle came to our table! Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she also happened to have a nearly new pair of Nikes in my size that she hadn’t used much. We ended up buying them from her! As she handed them to me, I jokingly asked if she had any socks as well. To my surprise, she returned with two pairs of brand new socks and gave them to me! It was such a wonderful experience that we find ourselves reminiscing about it often. And of course, we will definitely be back for the amazing food! We also managed to play hours of tennis—though, at our skill level, it was quite a humorous endeavor!
