Smoothie King - Homewood

This was my 1st experience with Smoothie King and it will surely be my last!!! The two young ladies working were not friendly at all, then after spending 25.00 for 2 smoothies we were informed they did not have a public restroom. I asked not even for paying customers was told no. I will definitely be keeping my business with Tropical Smoothie!!!

The employees here seems to always have a attitude and they don't make smoothie the way other locations. Something about this location just not right. Do better

It is ridiculous when you don't provide a public restroom to people paying your bills. (The one in Homewood, AL). I personally do not care for smoothies but my kid does. As far as the smoothie goes these are good in his opinion, but service could be nicer here at the one in Homewood. Have had better service at other Smoothie Kings though.

The restaurant is clean and the service is great. The smoothies are always perfect. I am giving it a 4-star rating only because when I walked in around 2:00pm, there was a strong smell of Marijuana. It was quite noticeable. I visit this place regularly, but there is another one nearby. Just a friendly suggestion, maybe refrain from smoking right before coming to work next time.

Terrible service. Unorganized and untrained staff. Sloppy. Should be clear about wait times if they are going to be longer than 5 mins. I waited 15+ mins for a smoothie and I'm a rewards member.
