Pho Gia Long (formerly Gia Hoi)

When I read the menu, I was very excited to see the offer of congee with mixed pork belts that is my favourite dish. When it arrived at the table, I was a little disappointed, not to find small floats of blood throughout the cone, which meant that they were cooked separately. that only meant that the congee lacked an additional aroma layer. we also tried her pho and thought the broth was a bit dirty.

Good food and good service. the menu was pretty good. we're going back.

The soup broth is incredibly tasty. If you order the brisket pho, you won’t be disappointed with the quality of the meat.

Updated-More 2/12 stars. Change of ownership. Prices are slighter higher but understandable to the current economic climate. EFTPOS is available at 1.65% extra. The food is lacking however, quality is lower than before, quantity is also less even with the price rise.

Dishes not bad, special beef noodles just not so good.
