I wish I read the reviews first worst meal experience and terrible don’t go so hot couldn’t eat it one star is to many
Everything I order was below standard. Tom yum soup had no taste to it. Ordered stir fry vegetables with cashews asked for extra garlic n chillies as I like my Thai hot. It was so sweet n no taste. My partners pad Thai was really blend too. Cocktail I ordered was ok! I wouldn’t go there again.
Myself and my partner went for dinner on Valentine's Day. To get one entrée and a main each we were in the restaurant for well over two hours. My entrée had to be returned and still came back below par. Our mains were a disgrace. Both of us had rice that was crunchy/uncooked which was terrible. We each had a different Thai curry and both were awful. The meat in each curry (one chicken and one beef) seemed as though it had been boiled quickly and thrown in the sauce so there was no flavour absorbed in the meat at all. After a lengthy wait I had to wave the waitress down just to get a drink as we were being ignored. Overall the experience was so bad I will never return, as there was nothing redeemable about the evening. Having eaten plenty of Thai food both here and overseas, I can honestly say that this was the worst experience I have had in a Thai restaurant anywhere.
DONT GO HERE Customer service is poor (jyoti) doesn't know the menu and can't listen correctly I asked for what's in Tom Kha and she is like chicken, prawn etc I'm like no I want a chicken Tom Kha what else is in it. She was like umm I said can you ask a chef. So she did then I said thanks and she is like ok 1 Tom YUM is x amount I said no Tom KHA and reask chef what's in that and not a Tom yum. She did then I sat outside waiting (15mins) for order in empty restaurant when food was ready she yelled out from counter instead of bringing out to me as she had no one else to serve would have been nice customer service. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL the Tom Kha was more cross between a tomato and pumpkin soup! And semi see through so no coconut cream used like a Tom Kha Chicken so dry and over cooked!!!! I suggest call RUNYA PARADISE POINT to go learn how to correctly make Thai food! I'll continue to drive the 30mins to paradise point then go here again!! Should of believed other reviews. Also no need for a plastic bag in a paper bag just use the paper bag (as it's soup if worries tape lid)
