I ordered online for pickup and when I received the ready message I went to pick it up. The worker stated they were out of bread(at 730pm) and couldnt even refund the order! I was told to cancel through the app...but I ordered online. 5 days later and still no food or refund
I use the app to order and it's always ready when I get there (usually 10 minutes tops) and service is always good
Worst experience yet by far. We've been having an ongoing issue of no avacado on the #12. However today they somehow got worse. I do not eat pork for religious reasons, and ordered my sandwich with no bacon (per usual), ate a couple bites and tasted bacon.This is the first time I've had pork in like 6 years and I heavily regret even giving them another chance.This order was a replacement for the LAST time they had messed our subs up. They did the same thing again, but WORSE.And of course, it's just high school kids working, almost never a manager.Update Manager gave me refund, cool dude.
Good ol' cold cut combo sub, lettuce, onion, vinegar and oil. Subway has not changed the fundamental goodness.
