We have made reservations for 4 people for 11:30 on Sunday, 22 January. we had tickets to see a piece on the pantages above the road around 1 clock. we've done this before and it was wonderful. this day, however, was a catastrophe. we arrived at 11:15 and sat right away. one in our group ordered a glass wee that she got right away and we ordered immediately. our order was simple, from the things. at 12:20 (on an hour) we had not yet received our food. not four tables around us. the manager made all kinds of lame talk and brought us “comlimentary” croissants and butter. we had to come to our show at 1 o'clock, so it went without eating. the waitress told us that the chef had taken the day off, but the restaurant is always busy on Sunday matinee days and the restaurant would have had a notfall plan if one of their cooks were out. I have already done good experiences with delphine, and I will go back, but this day was a catastrophe for our group. it was worse because the manager made lame excuse and did not possess that they screwed. they lost a lot of money this day.

We waited for more than 80 minutes to eat. everyone was and we all had pantry tickets. nothing was ready and the people had to go before eating. they finally kicked us out for dinner with 2 minutes. they cost the meal and the waiter tried, but the kitchen was a mess. I'm sure I've spoiled this thing. we say they will go under new management. Hopefully.

My vultures were overdue! eier benedict should be soft and uzy. mine were served like a boiled egg and cold!

The food service was incredibly slow; it took an hour to get our brunch. was surrounded by tables by unfortunate diners. had to rush to the pantages; hardly did it on time, although my reservation had time enough space for late. will not return.

Girls night out and this place was amazing. Saturday night. We were 9 girls. We were at the table for almost 3 hours and our waitress never rushed us or made us feel like we were over staying. In fact when i voiced concerns about how long we were taking she told me it wasn’t a problem. The food was amazing. We all tasted each others food and everything was so good. I feel like they could have a better cocktail menu. I love trying new fun drinks when I go out and they had a pretty limited selection. Overall it was perfect.
