Despite the crowd, my food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious. I do wish they had enough staff to have more than one person taking orders, as it was quite busy. The drive-thru is a bit strange too, since you can only access it from one side of the parking lot. Nevertheless, the food never fails to impress.

My roommate has also had issues at this location; he’s found that his orders have been mixed up on multiple occasions, with some items correct and others wrong. I want to emphasize that while the staff is friendly and the food is generally tasty, it’s incredibly frustrating to have my order messed up, especially given the rising prices of fast food. As someone who is lactose intolerant, I avoid cheese, which is why I specifically ordered an item without it. I hope this location can strive to improve its accuracy in fulfilling orders in the future. Thank you.

I really wish they would allow walk-up ordering at the window. They close at 9 PM, but the drive-thru stays open until 10 PM. Unfortunately, I can never make it in time after work. Whenever I reach out, I just get a generic response like, "We're sorry to hear this. Please feel free to share more details with our team." It feels like a canned reply because I include all the specifics in my message, which makes it clear that my concerns weren't actually addressed.

Excellent customer service, very clean from top to bottom: including the light fixtures, the restrooms, the patio, the dining area. The food was also very good! Freshly made: the curly fries were fresh and hot. The sandwich was excellent including the Aujus. ????

Order taker dose not understand English I had to reorder 5 times to get the order right and then I was charge not for a 2 for $6. But at regular price for my sandwich. And recharge for my drink. Because he dose not understand nor can take orders. And wascharge $3.79 for a small drink on board price $2.25. over charge. I would look out as you order. And ask. To repeat order. Lasttime.
