Whole Foods Market - Hollywood

Notoriously the SLOWEST and sometimes rude juice bar at Whole Food ever. Drive the extra mile and go to the location on 3rd and Fairfax!

This trip was just to drop off an Amazon return. the return desk is right inside the front door to the right. there was one person in front of me, but the wait was short and i handed over the return, got my paperwork scanned and i was out of there. fast and easy.

Other Whole Foods markets are better. I bought a lot of food for the upcoming new year, and also bought a bouquet of flowers as a gift. When the bouquet was unpacked, the wilted leafs fell on the ground. Half of the bouquet was wilted. It was packed very thoroughly so I couldn’t see that in the store.

I have always been willing to deal with the crazy parking lot because the location is convenient for me, and once inside, I have found it to be fairly pleasant and well stocked. But there's clearly a blind spot regarding staffing. If you look at the negative Yelp reviews, they overwhelmingly cite problematic employee interactions. My experience echoes this. I believe his name was Damon. A checkout odyssey so alienating, I had to pinch myself. This person had the strangest borderline hostile personality, it was stunning to me that he was working in a customer forward environment, that someone decided to let him interact with other people in exchange for pay. I don't even know how to describe the interaction, other than to say that he would not look us (or other customers) in the eye or respond with language he literally didn't say one word of greeting, or thank you, or acknowledgment or anything, even when we talked to him. Most of the time, face/head was pointing straight up at the ceiling, too, which was bizarre. I don't expect to have my hand held, or to be treated like royalty. Baseline human not rude behavior is really all I hope for, and it appears to be a pipe dream at this store.

The cashier name Vero is very rude! I don't like the service! She ruined my day!!! The food and the store is okay. Just the service I didn't like
