Zider Zee - Holland

What a GREAT experience! Stop for breakfast before we go for our Christmas tree... Food was wonderful and a great value! Very domestic atmosphere and made my children 7 and 3 feel very comfortable!

The Zider Zee is a pleasant restaurant with good homemade food. The waiting staff is very friendly and attentive, but the owner must not think that. I observed her funeral of the staff - IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS NO LESS- and it made the atmosphere very difficult. I am not sure what she would think to treat her staff in this way is appropriate in any way, but I have seen her do not even do it while I was there, but three times. I come at different times, so it is usually another waitress (or someone helps her cook). Her kindness far exceeds her, as she has etched a permanent owl on her face. If you want good food, but it doesn't matter to you that because of their nastiness it can't digest properly, eat there. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

The food was very delicious. But the owner of the restaurant harassed the staff for various unfractions before the customers! The staff seemed to be used and did not react negatively. Their presence definitely influenced the atmosphere, but the waitress did a great job. They were friendly, attentive and fast.

Great choice. I gave the food an A, soup and burgers. My wife a C for soup and breakfast sandwich.
