Horrible management making horrible decisions. Honestly, they’re really messed up :

We love Jimmy John's sandwiches the number 7 and the 12.

I ordered it online for delivery they had no delivery driver. So I decided to place my order online.When I got to the store all 4 employees were in the back room together and the order I placed online was not made. When I got to the store In person and All 4 employees walk out of the back room together. My meal I placed online had not been made and all 4 employees looking around like they had no idea what had happened.Terrible customer service. ImNot home yet to see if the orders were made correctly.Sad sad sad

Yesterday the assistant manager really took cared of me I’m very thankful. My order was late but he went over and above very nice guy.
