Maybe all you Hispanic and Caucasian don 't know what real authentic Vietnamese food taste like so you think this is good, but my goodness let me tell you the broth was beyond basic. I seriously don 't know how they could possibly make something like this and charge people for it. Bruhhhh Pho broth isn 't easy to make and it takes a long time, everytime I make it, it took me like 4 hrs (at least . But nowadays you can go to Asian market and buy Quốc Việt Pho soup base and you adjust everything to your liking and your broth gonna taste on point so I expect a much more flavorful broth from a 4.4 restaurant. This restaurant Pho broth was just awful on so many level. It 's bad to the point that some of my instant noodle broth has more flavor than theirs. MEANING IT 'S RIDICULOUS FOR THIS RESTAURANT TO GET A 4.4 RATING. I wouldn 't eat here again even if they offered it to me for free. And unfortunately I 'm not local so I can 't recommend another good Pho place around here. BUT PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TRY A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT IN THE AREA IF YOU WANT SOME GOOD PHO (I 'm a native, trust me.
Kind and efficient service paired with super fresh food. What more could you ask for? The original location was my introduction into Vietnamese cuisine many years ago and I 'm so delighted to feel that coming home feeling whenever I visit nowadays
Fantastic Vietnamese style sandwiches and good pho.
My first mistake was willing to spend $12 on a cold cut banh mi and my second was asking for pickled carrots on the side because they also omitted the cucumbers and jalapeños but didn’t include that on the side at all. I’ve had much better banh mi elsewhere for half the price, but Cottonwood Heights doesn’t have tons of options so I settled. Definitely won’t be back.
Came here because I've heard a lot of good things! Had the honey pork bahn mi and the garlic ribeye, my favorite was the pork one bc of personal preferences, I just think the sweetness compliments the flavor the flavor of the pork and the vegetables, but the beef one had a loooooot of beef which I think some people would appreciate, did not get the garlic at all which was the reason why I ordered it so that was a boomer. Didn't pay enough attention to the menu because I was overwhelmed by so many options (which is cool! and didn't realize that most sandwiches don't include pate on it, so that was also a boomer for me. I think it's an okay place just not my favorite, a little pricey for no pate and a not wow experience.
