Wendy's - Hogansville

Placed a order at the kiosk received ice cold fries and nuggets the burger was decent was unable to edit it on the kiosk tried to ask a employee for assistance but no one even acknowledged me when the cashier walked by me twice on her phone tik toking never even said a word to me, a second employee didn’t even say anything but looked at me funny when I stood at the counter trying to ask a question when I received my cup I was greeted with attitude of “oh I have to fill your cup” because I ordered a sweet tea and never received a recite either terrible customer service.

Both register employees leaning on the counter playing on their phones, when I walked up to the counter I was told if I'm using card use the kiosk, I asked about the family size nugget and was greated with a almost whisper of a we dont do that here, never recieved a reciet never heard one employee make a sound besides that one employee, I get not having a good day but when your slotched dragging feet like someone kicked your puppy It was pretty depressive of a customer service atmospher of no one cares about there job.

Newish store looks nice, the food was as expected, but we did a mobile order and as I sat there waiting for it, I noticed a bag and drink sitting on the counter, with employees just doing their thing. I asked if it was my order and it was.

That was our first and probably last time at Wendy's. We were coming back from our vacation to Florida at around 5 PM on Labor Day and decided to stop there for dinner. Not only it took them 20 to serve two cars in front of us, but also the staff was extremely rude. In addition, they ran out of buns for new loaded nachos that we ordered. Extremely disappointed, would never recommend.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I was looking for a quick bite while driving home from Atlanta, and they completely messed up my order. I had simply ordered a #1 single with no cheese and a #2 Baconator, but instead, I received some random hamburgers that were missing almost all the toppings, and lukewarm fries. To top it off, I didn't even get a receipt. I guess I learned my lesson about checking the bag before driving off.
