Café am Deich - Hodenhagen

In the evening of our arrival in hodenhagen we wanted to eat something for dinner. a small round with the car led us to the caffeine at the deich. we were kindly received and took place in the window. long we had not to look, there were enough tables free. the service came and brought the card. found a little young in the replay distraction and shortens its waiting time. we decided to carve with a spatel (14,50 eur) and the ratspot. the brown butter, specially ordered for the spatel, as clarified butter. my loud card avized sauce hollandaise tasted like from the tetrapack of the subway and was not even a little tasteful, just bad. I had expected a little more at the price! there is also a covered beer garden and a small children's playground in the outside area.

Directly in all restaurants with large garden and play equipment for children. there are many parking spaces. the big pieces of torf are great.

Right at the threshold, the vegan ice tastes particularly good here. after the deich 100 meters, they pass a small farm with free-running pigs and chickens.
