Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe went for my granddaughter’s birthday for lunch and after having a very enjoyable time, the female manager came to the table and admonished us all for taking up tables and time and generally ripped into us for being at tables. We all felt...devastated and her tirade ruined an enjoyable time .... I understand she may have lost revenue during the lockdown but so have hairdressers, beauty therapist and gardeners and alike and we came and bought plenty of food and drinks . We chose Pier as we have had dinners and takeaway many times but not any more. I have spoken to her when we left and she was even more aggressive . We will not recommend to anyone or return. Fortunately there are many decent restaurants in Altona. Also, the vegan pasta meal had cheese in it even after discussing vegan requirements.

On our first visit to Altona we stopped for lunch at Pier and were impressed by their antipasto platter which we shared. It had three cheeses (a soft camembert or brie, halloumi and a cheddar) and three meats (prosciutto, salami and mortadello) on a...bed of rocket. This was supplemented with dried apricots and figs with olives and sundried tomatoes with fresh toasted sourdough bread. All very fresh and delicious. My husband thought the coffee excellent as well. The service was fast and friendly and we were quite impressed
A large group and given great service and care by all the staff. Kindly split bill with no fuss and everyone very happy with attention. pram, walker accommodated. Nice dishes and AC on a hot day.
Im here every morning for my coffee, laura and the team are so nice and lovely.. the food is yummy and the italian stock they have selling reminds me of italy.
