I have had coffee here and dessert I have enjoyed it the staff are good the coffee and dessert is lovely nice location and the size of the café is big I highly recommend this café.

For the price you pay, you'd at least expect decent service (or even some sort of service)If I could make a suggestion, it would be to create more vegetarian/ vegan options on the menu (even eggplant chips have blue cheese and honey- and to charge $9.90 for chips is quite steep given the amount that is served..)For the price you pay, it would be nice to have water served to you, or if that's too much of an ask, at least have:a) bigger glasses (to prevent frequent refills)b) have bottles so even if it is self serve, customers won't need to continually get up to fill more waterUsually Creme menu and service is average, however today we waited an hour for our mains, other customers that arrived later than us got their meal earlier. We also ordered a child's meal didn't come even after ours came after the hour. We had to ask where the childs meal is and it must have been missed, since we had to wait another 10 minutes for this.Suggestion: bring children's meals out FIRST before mains.On a positive note, coffees came out in a good amount of time and meal was decent standard.I hope this can be constructive criticism as it would be nice to support local cafes without feeling disappointed.
